(collectively referred to as the “Platform”), operated by Nilgiris District Co-operative Milk Producers Union Ltd. (Aavin Nilgiris), a unit of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Milk Producers’ Federation.

The Platform enables booth agents and master booth agents to place order requests, review, approve, process payments, and manage dairy product supply operations. By accessing or using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of information as described in this Privacy Policy.

A. Information We Collect

1. Information Provided by Users

• Name
• Mobile number
• Email address
• Business / Booth address and PIN code
• Booth / Sub Booth identification details
• GST or business registration details (if applicable)

2. Payment & Transaction Information

Payments on the Platform are processed through authorized third-party payment gateway providers including Cashfree Payments.

We do not store or process your full credit card number, debit card details, CVV, UPI PIN, net banking credentials, or banking passwords. Such sensitive payment information is securely processed directly by Cashfree Payments in accordance with their security standards and privacy policy.

We may store limited transaction-related information such as:

• Transaction ID
• Order reference number
• Payment status
• Amount paid
• Date and time of transaction

This information is retained for accounting, audit, reconciliation, fraud prevention, and legal compliance purposes.

3. Order Approval Workflow

Sub Booth Agents may submit order requests via the mobile application. These requests are visible to their respective Master Booth Agents on https://agent.aavinnilgiris.org.

Master Booth Agents may review, approve, modify, or reject such requests. Orders are created only after approval and successful confirmation of payment (where applicable).

Approval logs, order records, and transaction references may be stored for operational tracking and compliance.

4. Usage & Technical Information

We may automatically collect limited technical information such as:

• IP address
• Device type and operating system
• Browser type
• Access timestamps
• Platform activity logs

5. Cookies & Session Data

The Website and Agent Portal may use cookies and secure session storage mechanisms to maintain login sessions, enhance security, and improve user experience. Users may control cookie settings via browser preferences.

B. Purpose of Collection
